What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?We take the utmost of care in making sure your space is sparkling clean and all of your items are left in pristine condition. If an item is damaged we will take a report of the item and work on replacing or repairing the damage.

How long will the cleaning take?Time estimation depends on the services needed and the area covered. Services provided can range anywhere to a half hour to a few hours.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?No, we can make arrangements to take care of your domain while you are free to get other things done.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?Life happens! if you need to cancel the appointment make sure to call or text at least 2 hours before the appointment.

How do you price your services?Pricing of service is determined by distance traveled to your home, the size of the area that needs cleaning and time it takes to get the mission accomplished.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we have time to adjust our schedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, we may charge a cancellation fee.
